We ship to addresses in the United Kingdom. Orders are dispatched from our UK stock, so nothing is coming through customs and there is nothing extra to pay on arrival.

- Orders of £70 or more — free UK delivery.
- Orders under £70 — £4.99.
Delivery is added at checkout before you pay, so you always see the total first.
How long it takes
- Dispatch: we send orders out within 24 hours.
- Delivery: within 48 hours of dispatch, by Royal Mail or DPD.
Dispatch and delivery times refer to working days. Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday are dispatched on the next working day.
Tracking
You will get a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second one when it is dispatched. Where the carrier provides tracking, the tracking number is in the dispatch email.
If something goes wrong
