This page explains your legal rights when you buy from us and how to use them. Nothing here takes away any right you have under UK consumer law.
Cancelling your order
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. You do not have to give a reason.
Tell us you are cancelling by emailing wmclassicsltd@gmail.com with your order number. Once you have told us, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back.
Condition of returned goods
You may handle the goods as you would in a shop. If the value of the goods is reduced because you handled them more than that — for example a product has been used — we may deduct that reduction from your refund. Sealed goods returned unsealed cannot always be resold, so please do not open a product you intend to return.

Please include your order number in the parcel. We recommend a tracked service, as the goods are your responsibility until they reach us.
Who pays for return postage
- Change of mind: you pay the cost of returning the goods.
- Faulty, damaged or wrong item: we pay. Contact us first and we will arrange it.
Your refund
We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of you showing us that you have sent them, whichever comes first. The refund goes to the payment method you used.
We refund the standard delivery cost you paid on the original order. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we refund the standard cost only. Where only part of an order is returned, delivery is not refunded.
Faulty goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If they are not, you have 30 days from delivery to reject them for a full refund. After 30 days you are entitled to a repair or replacement, and to a refund if that is not possible.

Products this does not cover
The 14-day cancellation right does not apply to goods that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons once the seal is broken, or to goods that have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery.
