We are the official UK distributor of SWAG Detailing car care products.
Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. If we cannot supply an item — for example because it is out of stock or was listed at the wrong price — we will tell you and refund any payment for that item in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current UK rate. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout before you pay. We accept payment by debit and credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
We take reasonable care to price the site correctly. If an obvious pricing error is found before dispatch, we will contact you and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.
Delivery
Delivery costs and times are set out on our Delivery page. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.

Using the products
Our products are car care chemicals for external and internal vehicle surfaces. Always read the label before use and follow the instructions on it for dilution, application and safety. Keep products out of reach of children. Test on an inconspicuous area first, particularly on trim, wraps and unfamiliar finishes.
We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by use that does not follow the label instructions.
Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the goods. Otherwise we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time the contract was made.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your own courts.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this page when you placed it.
