Every pass loads the pad with paste, clear-coat dust and oils. Left in the foam, that build-up flattens the cut, smears the finish and shortens the pad’s life. Polishing Pad Cleaner was developed to reverse exactly that: it separates the residue from the pad structure so absorbency and work stability come back to where they were on day one.
The formula handles all three pad families — foam, microfibre and wool — and fits both workflows: a fast refresh between panels while the correction is running, or a thorough wash-up at the end of the job. It works just as well applied by hand as it does with dedicated pad-cleaning devices.
How to use
- Shake well. Spray onto a cool pad and let it dwell for about 5 minutes.
- Loosen the dirt with a brush.
- Finish one of three ways: blow the pad out with compressed air or a Tornador, rinse with water and squeeze, or run it through a pad washer.
Always start on a cool pad — let it rest after a heavy section before cleaning.
