In everyday studio work, the wheel cleaner you need most sits between two extremes: acid products reserved for long-neglected rims, and neutral bleeding deironizers aimed at metallic contamination. Alkaline Wheel Cleaner Concentrate Gel+ V.2 owns that middle ground — selected active ingredients in a concentrated gel that delivers optimal performance on the grime regular use leaves behind.
Because it is a concentrate, one 5-litre canister adapts to every job on the schedule: a gentle mix for weekly maintenance, a stronger one for the neglected estate that just rolled in. Once you have chosen a concentration, test it on an inconspicuous spot before working the whole wheel.
How to use
- Prepare the solution per the label: 1:20 (50 ml per 1 L of water) for regular care, up to 1:10 for heavy soiling. Shake before use.
- Apply in the shade on a cool surface by sprayer or brush — painted wheels only, cautious around emblems. Do not let it dry.
- Wait up to 5 minutes, rinse away loose dirt, then reapply and brush the wheels clean.
- Rinse thoroughly and dry with a microfibre cloth or blow dryer.
Finish with a protectant like SWAG Ceramic Reloader for easier washes next time.
