Heavy Cut V.2 was developed for detailing studios that need an uncompromising compound for removing serious paint degradation: deep scratches, sandblasting, bird-dropping and insect etching. The PROGRESS ABRASIVE technology combines particles with a wide range of abrasiveness, so the paste keeps cutting consistently from the first pass to the last.
The LOW TEMP paste structure adds high lubrication: it dissipates heat, protects the paint from overheating and makes the polisher noticeably easier to control. Despite its cutting power, Heavy Cut V.2 leaves a surprisingly refined finish — on many paints a single aggressive one-step pass is all it takes.
Like every compound in the SWAG POLISHING line, it carries its own scent and colour, so you can tell your grades apart at a glance mid-job.
How to use
- Shake well. Apply a few drops to a cutting pad — choose pad hardness to match the correction.
- Work a 40 × 40 cm section with moderate pressure — rotary up to 1,500 rpm, DA as preferred.
- Wipe off, degrease with SWAG Final Inspect and inspect. Repeat if degradation remains.
If the paint gets hot, let it cool before the next pass.
